Yr 8 History: Shoguns

Gather and analyse historical sources about your chosen topic in the area of Japan under the Shoguns, including primary and secondary sources. Use 1 book and a minimum of 5 reputable websites.

Using a Research Table, take detailed notes on key information, significant events, important figures and relevant historical concepts.

• World Book Online – Within a World Book article there will be a tab called ‘Media’ which contains images. Worldbook gives permission to reuse these images for educational purposes.

• Look for images labelled as free to download under Creative Commons licence.
